How To Use This Web Site
1. Shopping Is Easy
Shopping on the Internet is the same as shopping
anywhere else. Look around our store, put items you want into your shopping basket
and then pay for them. Your order will then be sent by signed-for delivery. It’s
that easy!
2. Finding What You Want Is Easy
We have put our products into separate categories
to make it easier to find what you are looking for. To the left of our store front
is a list of main product categories. Simply click on any of these categories to
view our products. Some categories have sub-categories, again to make finding
what you want easier.
3. Your Shopping Basket
Next to every product, you will see an 'Add
to Shopping Cart' button. If you want a particular item, simply click the
'Add to Shopping Cart' button and the item will be automatically put into your shopping
basket.
When you add items to your shopping basket,
we remember which items they are so that when you are ready to pay for your order,
we then display all the items you have chosen. Like a real shopping basket, you
can take items back out again if you have changed your mind or made a mistake.
4. Check Out
When you are ready to complete your order,
click on the 'Checkout' link - this will take you into our checkout page. At the
top of every page in our store, you will see a 'Checkout' link.
You will be able to see all of the items
you have put into your shopping basket, and we will ask you where you want your
order to be delivered to.
At any time you can come back out of our Checkout page and go back into our shopping
pages, or save your shopping basket so that you can pay for it later.
You will be asked to type in your details.
5. Paying For Your Order
The final part of our checkout page, after
you have typed in your details, is to choose how you would like to pay for your
order.
You can choose to make a payment online using your credit or debit card. Alternatively,
you can choose 'Invoice and Payment before Delivery'. If you chose this option,
you can print a copy of your order and simply send us a cheque for the total amount.

6. Delivery
When you first place an order you will receive
emails, confirming your payment and thanking you for your order! We will email you
every time the status of your order changes.
You will then receive further emails from us to tell you when we are processing
your order, and finally to tell you that your order has been shipped.
You are welcome at any stage to call us and ask for an update on your order.
