You may return
your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order and we will refund to your card
or return your check within 30 days of receiving the items returned provided the
items are returned to us in their original as new condition with all of the tags
attached and the item(s) still in their original packaging. Items that have been
used, washed, soiled or damaged in any way will invalidate our offer.
You may return
faulty goods within 14 days of your receipt of the goods for a replacement. If an
exact replacement is not available, you will be offered alternatives that are equal
or more than the value of the original item. If this is not possible, we reserve
the right to offer you a full refund.
For hygienic and
Health and Safety reasons, we maintain a strict NO returns policy on all pierced
earrings including sets which contain pierced earrings.
Please remember
to include your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, order invoice
and delivery order to ensure your refund is made as quickly as possible. Please
also retain proof of postage as you are responsible for the goods until they arrive.
You will have
to bear the cost of returning the goods preferably by Signed-For Delivery as we
will not be held responsible for returns that go missing.
There will also
be a 2.5% charge to cover credit card and administration fees.
