We aim to ship your item/s within
3 working days after receiving your order. We will inform you as soon as we can
if there is likely to be a delay.
We will send an e-mail to let you know your
order has been processed and shipped. All Orders must be signed for at the
point of delivery.
If an item is out of stock and if there is likely to
be any sort of delay with your order, we will notify you by email or phone at the
earliest opportunity to give you the choice of ordering an alternative item in stock,
or refunding your purchase.
If you are based in the United Kingdom
and delivery is late, please contact us and we will give you the recorded delivery
number for you to chase with your local post office. In the event of a non-delivery
we can only replace or refund the order after 20 working days after which time the
Royal Mail classify the parcel as lost.
If you are based outside the United Kingdom
, we can only be responsible for non-delivery up to the point in which the goods
leave the United Kingdom. If delivery is late, please contact us and we will investigate the matter with
the Royal Mail on your behalf.
