TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ORDER PROCESS

  1. The display of products on our website is an invitation to treat and not an offer to sell those goods to you.

  2. An offer is made when you place the order for your products. Please see HOW TO USE THIS WEBSITE for information on how to place an order and as you go through the order process there are also a series of instructions. We will not be bound however unless and until we accept your offer.

  3. We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

  4. We will inform you by email that your order is being processed and send you an order acknowledgement email. This is provided you enter a correct email address. Neither of the above are order confirmation or acceptance from us.

  5. Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it, order acceptance and the creation of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you by us of the goods and order invoice, which takes place as your product is shipped from our warehouse. It does not take place until that stage, notwithstanding that we may have debited your card or that we have sent acknowledging emails.

  6. The contract will be formed at the place of despatch of the goods and order invoice.

  7. The purchase of goods is subject to availability.

  8. We do not file details of your order for you to subsequently access and therefore please print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgement for your own records. If you require any information about orders you have placed with us please email enquiry@planetasia.biz

PAYMENT

  1. Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our website and will be debited when we receive your order.

  2. You will be charged the current price for buying goods from our website at the date you place your order. We reserve the right to amend prices.

  3. A charge for post and packing is added on to the price of the product.

  4. We do our best to make sure that prices are correctly shown but occasionally an error may occur. If this should happen, we will correct the price and ask you to confirm whether you still wish to purchase the goods at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. We will not accept an order if there is a pricing error.

SHIPPING

  1. We aim to ship your item/s 3 working days after receiving your order. We will inform you as soon as we can if there is likely to be a delay.

  2. A signature will be required to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting delivery at the delivery address will be proof that you or the person to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery

  3. If you are based in the United Kingdom and delivery is late, please contact us and we will give you the recorded delivery number for you to chase with your local post office. In the event of a non-delivery we can only replace or refund the order after 20 working days after which time the Royal Mail classify the parcel as lost.

  4. If you are based outside the United Kingdom, we can only be responsible for non-delivery up to the point in which the goods leave the United Kingdom. If delivery is late, please contact us and we will investigate the matter with the Royal Mail on your behalf.

CANCELLATION/RETURNS

  1. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the item/s you have ordered you have the right to cancel/return. Please call us at 01392 278833.

  2. If you wish to cancel before the items are despatched you are asked to contact us, by email or phone, as soon as is practicably possible. There will be a 2.5% charge to cover credit card and administration fees.

  3. If your cancellation is received after the items have been despatched, you will have to return them at your cost plus a 2.5% charge to cover credit card and administration fees.

GENERAL

  1. All measurements are approximate.

  2. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as the photographic and production process will allow.

  3. All matters concerning and incidental to any offer or agreement for the purchase and sale of goods from our website shall be in English and construed and governed according to English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction in all such matters.
